14-day returns

You can return or exchange your Harper Melbourne item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned with all parts and original packaging, in the condition you received them.

How to request a return

1. Email info@harper-melbourne.com with the subject “Return Request”.
2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, a photo if the item is damaged, and your name and address.
3. Wait for our team to send you the correct return address — please do not send items back to the sender address on the parcel.

Return requests are handled within 7 business days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable United States consumer laws.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
