Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 8–12 business days after dispatch. The carrier may take up to 3 business days to scan your parcel and update tracking.

To keep our prices fair, orders are grouped and shipped together. Occasional delays can happen — if you have any question, contact our support team.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner automatically after purchase, so they cannot be cancelled once placed. If you change your mind, you can request a return after receiving your order (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
